A lot can change in the sports world especially in the NHL. And I think its safe to say that the Philadelphia Flyers have gone from a team with no true direction to a team that is on the verge of restoring a once proud tradition. For the last decade they kept trying to fix glitches only to fail miserably and refuse to go through a much needed rebuild. Today, they’re back. Thanks to finally having a vision on who they want to be plus a regime that is looking to restore everything that this franchise has stood for, the Flyers have a golden opportunity to go on an exciting run over the next several years if the cards play out in their favor. And honestly its exciting to witness this rise as a fan.

The NBA may be at a crossroads in the sense that there could be serious changes with upcoming expansion and the lack of a game changing talent from the USA in his prime to be the face of the league but the element of playoff drama is certainly one thats not fading anytime soon. Especially now that the Finals are here and they feature two storied franchises looking for the pot of gold including the biggest insufferable giant of them all. WOOF!
