We thought that this year was going to give us a bizarre Super Bowl matchup given how crazy things have played out. What we ended up getting was the First Order and the Dark Side. A fitting matchup considering that both New England and Seattle have been viewed as unlikable franchises based on fan reputations. Do I have a problem with this being the Super Bowl though? OF COURSE NOT!

Finally, its postseason time. And the drama is going to be as raucous as its been in years especially since almost every preseason favorite has either missed the playoffs or limped into the tournament. A compelling mix of unproven teams and teams with everything to lose. How will this thing shake up? It’ll be up to the Football Gods and only them.

Its always the ones that have a special place in your heart that saddens you when they leave. And for me, the departure of John Harbaugh is like losing an extended family member. He wasn’t pretty, he wasn’t perfect, but he was our coach. The right man at the right time in the right town. He is someone that I am going to miss dearly given all he’s done for the Ravens the past 18 years. Thanks Harbs!

You may be wondering where the stream audio from Ravens vs Bills is. I have uploaded it, but I won’t submit it until the time is right in my book just because I don’t want to relive agony again (Even though it wasn’t as painful as years past). Anyways, get ready for the most Captain Obvious Super Bowl since… LAST YEAR! The NFL is literally in 2010s NBA territory. And I blame this on Goodell and league office. Woof.

Why does this keep happening? First Penn State losing to Notre Dame in heartbreaking fashion, and now this. Woof! The Curse of Freddie Gray has yet another victim and like most playoff losses by the Orioles and Ravens since that incident, it was something that was completely avoidable. Only in Baltimore.
