I can’t believe its been 10 years since the Greatest Sports Year of My Life. Having grown up in Baltimore and getting to see most of this live is something that I will never forget. And why not start this 3 part series off with the team that started all the fun in 2012 for Charm City Sports with their record setting extra inning win streak and flares for the dramatic.

Season 2 of Charm City Beasts was way more intense and bizarre than the 1st Season. I didn’t expect the Ravens to suffer the most injuries in league history and suffer tragedy off the field as well just like they did in 2015. It also doesn’t help when the Bengals of all teams went from 12 games back of the Ravens in 2019 to Super Bowl runner-up. Today we take you on a journey to recap the “Biggest What If season in Ravens History.” Please make it to Arizona next winter!

Well its been a minute since I’ve done one of these episodes but there has certainly been some chatter about this offseason in Baltimore. I just hope the RavensFlock can relax and just worry about the on-field stuff not how they view the front office.

There has been plenty of chaos in the NFL this offseason. When it comes to the Baltimore Ravens, they are trying to make aggressive moves of their own despite the fanbase being annoyed at times. Although myself, the Salty Marylander, and Poe are all patient thanks to the fact that we have 10 draft picks in a deep class of defensive players. Also can someone please admit that we don’t need more skill players on offense when the need is to upgrade the O-Line.

Well with the offseason getting underway the Ravens are clearly trying to reorganize their roster, and go all in for a 3rd Championship in franchise history. Plus the Lamar trade rumors are FAKE! PS: Look who we got to guest star this week!

You see how I used the Ravens logo similar to the seal of the President of the United States. Anyways this episode will be different. Instead of a analysis of what happened, we have the Salty Marylander leading the ceremonies of the Inauguration of new Ravens DC Mike Macdonald in front of the Marching Ravens and a swarm of Purple and Black jerseys. Sorry it took me almost a week to get this done. I know it happens. But honestly I didn’t expect that this would occur after Thanksgiving. A season with high hopes with What Ifs, and a heartbreaking loss against an old foe. And yes my long wait to describe this season in rant mode has finally come. Also FULL MARYLANDER DEACTIVATED

The Cinderella Story has most likely struck 12! I knew that the way they were winning those games early in the season would come back to bite them. And now it did. Now seems that if the Ravens are going to make the playoffs for the 4th straight year, THEY WOULD NEED A MIRACLE!

Even with another heartbreaking loss on a 2 point play failure this is an inspiring effort by the Ravens. Against the best team in the NFL, they not only played well, they gave them all they could handle. This should be the spark they need for the 3 games that are left on the schedule.
